1. Contents of the online presentation
The author (hereinafter referred to as SCHERZINGER) does not accept any liability whatsoever for the up-to-date status, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Any liability claims against the author related to damages of a material or non-material nature resulting from utilisation or non-utilisation of the information offered or the use of incorrect or incomplete information is fundamentally excluded, insofar as there is no demonstrable deliberate fault or gross negligence on the part of the author. The author expressly reserves the right to modify, supplement or delete parts of the pages, or temporarily or definitely cease publication thereof without further notice.
2. References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to foreign Internet pages ("links"), which are outside the scope of responsibility of the author, liability would exclusively apply in cases in which the author is aware of the contents and it is technically possible and reasonable to prevent use in case of illegal contents. The author hereby declares that no illegal contents were evident on the linked pages at the time of establishment of the link. The author does not have any influence over the current and future layout, contents or the copyright of the linked/referenced pages. This applies to all the links and references made within the Internet presentation itself in addition to external entries in the guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists set up by the author. Solely the provider of the page to which the link is made is liable for illegal, erroneous or incomplete contents and particularly for damages arising from the utilization or non-utilization of such information and not the provider who merely creates links to the respective publication.
3. Copyright and trademark right
The author shall endeavour, in all publications, to observe the copyrights of graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts and use graphics, sound documents and texts or resort to licence-free graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts. Any trademarks and brand names mentioned as a part of the Internet presentation are unrestrictedly subject to the provisions of the currently applicable owner rights of the respective owner. It cannot be concluded solely on the basis of mention that trademark rights are protected! The copyright for items published by the authors themselves remain with the authors of the pages. Reproduction of utilization of such graphics, sound documents and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not allowed without the express permission of the author.
4. Data protection
Insofar as the possibility of entry of personal or business data exists as part of the Internet presentation (email addresses, names, addresses), these shall be disclosed on the part of the user on an expressly voluntary basis. Utilization and payment of all the services offered is – insofar as technically possible and reasonable - allowed without disclosing such data and with entry of anonymous data or a pseudonym.
5. Legal effectiveness of this exclusion of liability
This exclusion of liability is to be considered a part of the Internet presentation to which this page refers. Insofar as parts or individual wordings of this text do not, no longer, or incompletely comply with the legal stipulations, the remaining parts of the document shall remain unaffected in their contents and validity.
